Delays

Sendle delivers on time 94% of the time, and if your parcel is delayed, 99% arrive within two days of the final estimated delivery date.

Correctly Addressing Orders

We address satchels as they are entered at the time of purchase, if a postcode or suburb is entered incorrectly it can create delays once the order has entered the mailing system.

Rural Addresses

Orders to rural addresses generally take a little longer than the standard shipping time estimate.

International Orders

Delivery times will vary from country to country. Please be aware for overseas orders that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Should the customer refuse to pay these charges, and the package is returned, the order will be refunded subject to a 30% re-stocking fee and the cost of shipping. We do our best to communicate with shipping vendors to track your items and make sure they arrive on time. We're still structurally a small business, so please allow 1 - 2 business days between placing your order and shipping, allowing an extra day when ordering on the weekend.
